Twilight photography is a type of photography that is typically done during the time of day when the sun is below the horizon, but there is still some ambient light in the sky. This type of photography is often used to capture the beauty of a property, especially its exterior, during the "magic hour" when the lighting is soft and warm. 

Twilight photography can be used to enhance the ambiance of a property, making it appear more inviting and appealing to potential buyers or renters. 

Twilight photography can also be used to highlight lighting features of the property such as illumination of the exterior, pool or any other water feature. 

Twilight photography can be used to showcase the property's features, such as its landscaping, architecture, and outdoor living spaces. 

The need for real estate twilight photography has exploded in recent years. Social media thumbnails are one of the main reasons.  Twilight photography can make a property stand out among the other listings, by providing a unique and interesting perspective that can attract potential buyers or renters. 

All photoshoots booked after 4:30 pm will be considered Twilight Photography Shoots.

Our photographers will arrive for the twilight photoshoot thirty minutes before sunset. The twilight photography shoot will begin five minutes after sunset. 

To get the best possible result from your twilight photography shoot, make sure all lights (both interior and exterior) are functioning properly. 

For the best possible twilight photos, make sure the outside area is properly cleared of any debris, the pools/spas have working lights, and the pool vacuum removed. Click here for more tips on how to prepare your home for the photoshoot. 

Make sure the exterior lights are not set on a timer, as we will need them on before the sun sets completely.
