Drones equipped with high-resolution cameras can capture images from a bird's-eye view, providing a unique perspective on a property that is not possible with traditional ground-based photography. 

The newest addition to our fleet is the DJI Mavic 3. It provides bright, brilliant colors with amazing dynamic range. A 4/3" CMOS sensor designed by legendary camera maker Hasselblad. 

Your drone photo’s come in Full Resolution (for print) and web-optimized versions for easy uploading onto the MLS.   

With over 7 years of drone photography experience and thousands of flights, you can count on us to get the right shots to highlight your property and surrounding areas in a safe and efficient manner.

Drones can capture aerial images of a property and its surrounding area, showcasing the property's location in relation to nearby amenities, such as parks, schools, and shopping centers.  

Drones can capture images of a property's entire exterior and its surrounding area, highlighting the property's size and layout, and showcasing any outdoor living spaces.   

When shooting drone photography, all photographers are required by law to have a part 107 license. We have maintained an FAA 107 Drone license (# 3910237) since 2016 and are fully insured. 

Real estate drone photography can be used to showcase the property's features, such as its landscaping, and architecture.

Drones can be used to capture images of the property's topography, such as hilly areas or waterfront properties, as well as the surrounding area and any nearby amenities.    

We will not shoot in the rain or drizzle as it will damage our equipment.
